Shipping policy

Processing and delivery times

Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery before December 1

Orders placed by November 20 are expected to arrive before December 1. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control. If your order arrives after December 1, you can open the doors you missed all at once.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on orders containing 2 or more calendars; the discount is applied automatically at checkout. Other orders pay the shipping rate shown at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Plain-box shipping

If you select "Ship in a plain box" on the product page, your order ships in an unbranded outer box.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
